FACE OF ARISE AFRIKA PAGEANT AWARDS: Organizers set to Storm Africa with Talents


Face of Arise Afrika is a scholarship beauty pageant designed for every young person  between the ages of 18 -28 years old.
 It is aimed at organizing these young beauties towards a new order of projecting Nigeria Image and creating a platform for general entertainment.

The beauty pageant is set to hold for the first time in history July 2017. The application form are now on sale till May   30th.
The Audition comes up 30 June and the grand finale on 29th July at Benchmark Hotels.

AMAA 2017 Nomination: Full List And Categories


              
Nollywood movies got the highest number of nominations on the list for the 2017 Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA).

The ​list was unveiled by AMAA ​Jury President, ​Bernie Goldblat, at the Kigali Convention Centre in Kigali, Rwanda.
Out of the total of 136, Nigerian movies got 43 nominations in the general competitive categories.
‘93 Days’ got the highest nominations in 7 categories​ for​: Award For Best Nigerian Film, Award For Achievement in Soundtrack, Award For Achievement in Sound, Award For Best Film, Award For Best Director​ and the coveted “Award for Best Film” award.​
